What would have really helped immediately after diagnosis?
I found this group extremely helpful and supporting 3 years ago when I had a

For those who read my earlier messages, I'm just reporting back in to
tell you my mother, who was diagnosed with Intracystic Papillary
Carcinoma, had a lumpectomy on Friday as well as the removal of the
appropriate lymph nodes (after the mapping took place).  The pathology

Last September my Oncologist gave me an infusion of Zometa because my
bone density test showed I had some bone loss and Osteo.
I had terrible side effects from it, joint/bone pain, severe nausea,

I used this newsgroup a great deal when I was diagnosed with BC in 2001, and I
think I remember reading about a list/article/FAQ about what friends and family
can do to help when a woman is diagnosed with beast cancer or undergoing
treatment.

I was hoping I could get some help in here.
My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer today.
It is Intracystic Papilloma Carcinoma.  The cyst was about 1/2" long
when they did the needle biopsy yesterday.
