Have not had time to think. There has been someone visiting or calling on the phone constantly.Everyone has been so kind. I filled up the freezer before my surgery, but so many people have arrived with pies and casseroles I will not need to cook for ages.

Had my double mastectomy on Thursday at 2pm .They decided to keep me in over night instead of day surgery. Came home yesterday lunchtime. Everything went very smoothly and I am uncomfortable but not in any real pain.. I did catch my drainage tubes on the bedside table this morning ...
