IP6, Enzymes and chemo05 Jan 2004 11:06 GMT4
Hello again,
does anyone know if it's ok to take IP6 during chemo (taxotere)?  I can't find
anything on this.
I have found research that indicates that enzymes are actually beneficial when

Another Medicine Switch03 Jan 2004 23:40 GMT49
Today the doctor switched me from Femara, to something that starts with
an A (not Arimidex).
I surely hope, that this med doesn't have such severe side effects, as
the others have had.

I'd like to wish all those who, like me, celebrate the birth of the Prince

Supplements & Breast Cancer02 Jan 2004 22:03 GMT1
During those almost two years (Mar 2000 to Oct 2001), when I was
desperately seeking testing, diagnosis, & care for the new breast lump,
.. & when it grew to be about 6 by 6 by 2 inches, ... there'd be times
when it stopped growing.

same period.
So - we switched to Arimidex + Zoladex today.  Deborah has done
Results of latest MRI of spine -- not sure if good or bad...02 Jan 2004 19:01 GMT13
--I am concerned about my latest MRI (12/24) report.  Last April I experienced
severe sciatic pain in lower left buttocks down back of that leg and down front
and around ankle.  I had an MRI which was ordered finally by my internist after
being bounced around between physicians, ...
Survival stats regarding mets/no mets02 Jan 2004 18:06 GMT2
What are the (say 5 yr) BC survival rates for women who get mets vs
no mets? How about 5 yr survival rates for women who have no
recurrance of BC after the first round of chemo vs if the women get
BC again after a round of chemo?
Arimidex and bone/joint aches?02 Jan 2004 14:41 GMT6
I'm looking for anyone with experience using Arimidex. My wife's been on it
for about 4 months, and she's started getting bone/joint aches. She did a
little reasearch, and learned that about 30% get this side effect. She's
committed to staying on it, but we're wondering if anyone ...
Arimidex Causes Lymphedema?02 Jan 2004 13:38 GMT12
I was on Arimidex for maybe a year, when I got sudden acute lymphedema
in my left arm.  This was very disabling & painful.
The arm & wrist have remained swollen for months, & (at times) swell
more.
