Just pondering this.... If one develops mets in one location (lungs), without any problems, and doesn't immediately start chemo, would those mets be likely to subsequently travel to another location as well? In other words, do cancer cells break away from a metastasis and travel via

Does anyone know if everyone who has lympnodes removed is destined to get Lymphedema? My bc surgeon says the puffy feeling in my right arm is from the surgery and not Lymphedema. He also said I may have it feel that way for the rest of my life which confuses me. He has never told

Hello again, About 11 weeks post lumpectomy and node clearance, my wife has been told that she needs to wear a sleeve for the rest of her life, at least for a good part of every 24 hour period. We are both very upset though I suppose

My mum has just finished the operation, taken off part of her right breast, before that, she got a three times of chemical therapy.-- the chemical therapy is very good: the lump reduced from 2*3cm to 1*1.5cm. And perations tells that all the lymth's test is negtive.

linda bliss here you all i am sure have read my past posts, i have metastatic breast cancer to the chest wall and all was discovered in july when tumor markers were elevated.
