I have, from time to time, excessive mucus production which seems to
settle in my throat.  It has the consistancy of egg white and is quite
irritating.  I have, in the past, just cleared my throat a lot.  I
used Alubutural with my nebulizer to stop the mucus.  I have read some

Going to be spending a couple of weeks shortly in the Arctic Circle 30-40

In retrospect, I guess I had a few symptoms in the past but it really
hit me hard several weeks ago. I had the worst cold from a bronchial

Hello ... can anyone tell me what a normal range of peak flow readings (peak expiratory flow rate) during a day would be?  I believe I read that lung capacity/airflow normally varies somewhat during the day...
Just wondering... mine will sometimes vary 70 L/min from morning to ...
