I have developed asthma and allergies to food additives and wondered
if this was normal practice for us of middle age.
Also does anyone know of a reliable way to see what is in the food I
buy when shopping??

I'm curious how much other asthma sufferers spend on medications.
I was recently switched from Flovent ($46.92) to Advair which costs
$105.18. I found it unfortunate that Advair used to make it less
likely to have asthma attacks costs so much  more than Salbutamol.
