i have been told i have asthma since i was about 4 but i am questioning do
i really have asthma. i dont have anny asthmatic reasctions to cigaretted
( ofcoruse i dont smoke ) or birds or cats or anything. my lungs only clog
up when i run. is this because i am a little overweight at ...

I dont really cough or have asthma "attacks."  I take Serivent, Pulmicort,
Kipress and Sultanol.  I still seem to have fairly severe chest tightness.
Can anyone offer a solution to this single symptom of my asthma?

fumarate dihydrate powder for oral inhalation) Corticosteroid /
Bronchodilator at 200/6 dose.
It's a an inhaler my doc says is a combination of Flovent and Ratio

I was diagnosed wiht asthma last year.  This past week has been
different because I feel wiped out after doing tasks around the house,
enough that I have to take a nap.  This happens at work as well.  I
really can't feel if my chest is "tight or not" and I am not sure when

After having a severe attack last night, which landed me in the ER, with
another 5 days of prednisone, and 6 nebulizers in a row of albuterol with
one of those being with atrovent(?) I did some research on the National
Jewish Website and found some very interesting information.  ...

What do you find to be the best breathing technique when using a T-shaped
nebulizer head?

I hawe about 10 disks of Advair brand new.  I don't use it anymore, but
had stock piled it like some of us asthmatics do with our meds.  What
should I do with it other than throw it away?
