| Spacers | 16 Mar 2005 04:13 GMT | 19 |
My doctor told me to use a spacer and when I picked up my inhalers, a spacer was included. It only fits the Albuterol (oval) not the Qvar (round). Does this mean I don't need to use a spacer with the Qvar? Or are there spacers in different shapes?

Well I had some trouble last week, 2 weeks after being off the antibiotics. But it went away after about 3 or 4 days. This past week I have had NO trouble at all. I guess it really might still be working. I am going to go on as I am for a couple more weeks and then try to go

| Battling back the dust | 04 Mar 2005 14:06 GMT | 3 |
I am not a swiffer aholic to keep dust off the harder to reach areas. The ceiling fan, top of the refrigerator, etc... I find that I can breathe so much better in a dust free environment. What else are people doing to combat dust?

| Crazy Cures for Asthma. How might they work? | 02 Mar 2005 14:07 GMT | 14 |
Paul Lehrer's study on "Biofeedback treatment for asthma" with 94 experimental subjects seems to have been reasonably well accepted by medical journalists, see "Promising Study About Effects of Biofeedback on Asthma" in Doctor's Guide

| exercise-induced asthma? | 01 Mar 2005 17:23 GMT | 1 |
I've been having breathing trouble for the past couple years, but only when jogging. There is no wheezing, no coughing, just this feeling like I'm not getting what I should be getting out of breathing, and then lightheadedness and feeling like I'm going to pass out. It's very
