Where to purchase a Rotahaler?09 Sep 2004 17:58 GMT2
Hi - I am trying to find a place online which sells Ventolin
Rotahalers + Rotocaps. I know these are discontinued by GSK and as
such I want to stock up for a while so I don't have to move to the
dischaler which my GP is offering instead.   I like the Rotahaler and
Breath holding and other stuff - update07 Sep 2004 19:42 GMT2
So far, the focus on staying relaxed while breathing and practicing
nose-breathing and breath holding seems to be helping.  I'm now doing
Advair 250/50 in the mornings and nothing at night whereas I was usually
doing 250/50 AM and 100/50 PM.

Advair Comments?06 Sep 2004 05:33 GMT9
I have Exercise Induced Asthma.  I only get symptoms when I exercise.  I
have no asthma issues whatsoever in daily life other than exercising.
I've been using an Albuterol inhaler for a number of years and it has worked
very well.  My doc suggested I try Advair to avoid long term ...
What's the matter with Peter Kolb? Apparently nothing at all.05 Sep 2004 07:41 GMT29
The Kolb/Buteyko issue has always been based on dangers of the method.
There were stories of people relying on it, not having any medication
to hand and then suffering serious attacks, and of people not getting
proper medication attention because doctors found the method
A good description of Buteyko04 Sep 2004 07:00 GMT11

In view of the increasing number of positive reports on the "Buteyko
Method" to come clear of asthma drugs and to restore health, the
following account must be worth reading.  Although on this newsgroup

I'm surprised that when Richard did his medical research on the

Then again, maybe I'm not surprised.
Advair 500 + Serevent vs. Advair 250 x 201 Sep 2004 03:23 GMT14
Has anyone ever done a study on the effectiveness of Advair 500/50 taken
once per day along with Serevent taken 12 hours later - this in comparison

And even if a study hasn't been done, if anyone would like to offer their
