I'm curious as to what you guys might do in this situation. I'm already taking AdVair and Singular for my asthma, which seem to keep me going most of the time. However, during the dry Santa Anas here in southern California, my throat and lungs just seem to shrivel up. Have tried ...

I have had a heavy cold for nearly a month now, and my asthma has been so bad in the last 2 weeks, I had to see an emergency Dr up at our local hospital, who put me on a nebulizer for about 10-15 minutes, then prescribed a 6 day course of Prednisalone tablets, I took the 1st dose ...

| steroids unpleasant side effects. | 11 Jun 2004 02:19 GMT | 5 |
I recently gave up taking my inhaled steroids and are now sticking to bronchodilators. I had enough of the horrible problems which the doctor seemed to consider trivial. Here they are and I am sure some of you will be familiar with them. Incidently, I was given 3 different steroids ...

| Grass allergies and allergy shots | 05 Jun 2004 16:11 GMT | 12 |
OK, I've avoided allergy shots thus far but my grass allergy is really starting to get to me. If I sit on someone's lawn for more than half an hour or so, I'm sunk - tight chest, coughing up lots of phlegm, etc. When I was tested, I was off-the-charts positive for grass.
