What is going on?11 Jan 2004 19:34 GMT5
Over the past 10 weeks I have these episodes where my back and arms feel
like they are being stuck with thousands of pins.  It is very painful.
After the worst of these attacks, I have flat red dots on the underside
of my arms and a constriction in my chest that causes a wheezing. ...

Is it worth the extra $ ?
HEPA - 99% versus 99.97%10 Jan 2004 22:24 GMT5
I'm considering a smaller HEPA filter for travel.  Until now I've taken a

Good news / bad news09 Jan 2004 15:40 GMT8
The good news is that the current version of the flu appears to be a
stomach flu and has not impacted my asthma (so far).  The bad news is

Does guafenesin help you?02 Jan 2004 17:37 GMT3
Got another Dec. cold, and, as always, the thick congestion lingers for weeks.
Every year I take some guafenesin - in liquid or pill form - and I'm not really
sure it does anything for me.
Anyone have good or bad experiences w/the stuff?
