Long time mild asthmatic here. 4 months ago became a moderate after a
bout with bronchitis. Advair caused thrush despite rinsing diligently.
Doc says I'm just susceptible to it. Tried Singulair, but it does not
help my asthma at all. I'm going back again soon to try something

My Doc says Serevent has been taken off the market. My pharmacist
tells me that a discus is out, but not in the US. Is this true?
The Glaxo website says the discus is available in the US.

I have used Flovent in the past, without too much success.  While using
Flovent, I still had to use my emergency inhaler (albuteral)  I currently
use my Albuteral 4-6 times a day and would like to ask my doctor about a new
preventative medication.

Got diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and possibly nocturnal asthma awhile back.
Advair and assorted nasal sprays did not seem to help. Is it possible that I
haven't been using them correctly?
