I have what is called exercise asthma (not quite sure of name -- it is 5:30 am and i've only had about 2 hours of sleep. Anyway at the moment I am unemployed and I have no insurance and can't afford any.

I came to this news group because I thought it was for alternative health. I have studied and used alternative (natural) ways to restore my health. It is working very well for me, particularly since I started using a particular ginseng.
