broken foot bone advice needed.12 May 2008 10:30 GMT5
I'm in Birmingham,England, and broke a bone in my foot 10 weeks ago.
It's healing very slowly, and still hurts. I read about an exogen
machine which can be used for 20 minutes a day on the bone. Does
anyone know if I can rent a machine here in the UK? IOf so,where from?

My 35 year old toilet needed replacing so the plumber installed one that
is Chair Height.  My knees have never been so happy!!!!   It's a larger
unit, takes up more space, costs more money than a standard one, but is
soooo worth it.  I highly recommend it to any one with arthritis.

There have been so many natural disasters as of late, what with the
major destruction of the monsoon, the tornados that have struck numerous
states, major floods, etc.   It is just heart wrenching to read about,
see on the television, and hear about on the radio.

OTP new types of can and jar openers - need feedback10 May 2008 05:57 GMT10
I was wondering if I could get some feedback on those new "drop on top and
it opens the can" can and jar openers.  My Mom has trouble with the electric
one we have (it does require a bit of finesse to open a can).  Of course,

Painful Arthritis09 May 2008 23:08 GMT7
Have you ever suffered with painful arthritis?  Well I have.  After my
car accident I have never been the same.  I broke my foot and after
that the pain proved to be too much, that I had to quit my factory
job, and if that wasn't enough I fell in to a deep depression.
