Uh-Oh!   Think I need some opinions here!31 Aug 2009 01:46 GMT53
As you know, I took that fall the other night during the night.
Well, thought I got away with just a bunch of bruises, but as the day
went on yesterday and through the night last night, pain at the side of
my foot down by the ball of the foot seems to have gotten considerably
OTP Need prayers for my friend30 Aug 2009 17:49 GMT12
I have a friend, Adrianna.  She just called me tonight.  Her mother, (who is
close to 90) who has been living with her for some time, didn't know
Adrianna last night or tonight.  The nurse at the neurologist says it sounds
like fast moving Altzheimers.  Adrianna can't drive ...

Jackpot!30 Aug 2009 02:58 GMT10
That's what I seem to have hit with my new GI doc, whom I met yesterday.  He
spent A LOT of time with me, going over the history of the problems I've been
having.  He thinks more could have been done to figure out more details
earlier, though he acknowledged part of the problem ...
importance of my meds29 Aug 2009 22:35 GMT4
I did a hike yesterday and not one too unusual - the mistake was I
forgot to take my mobic generic and oh, boy, did I suffer for that.
I didn't think I could sleep, for the pain, but took that mobic when I
got home, and was finally free of my severe knee and leg pain.
On the road again29 Aug 2009 19:01 GMT1
Well I am now on the road again. Move in date is Saturday morning and I get
all the stuff tomorrow etc.  Won't have internet until next Thursday (my
fault) so although I will try to read can't write in.  So away I go again.
Play nicely everyone,

Hi!  I wanted to introduce myself since I am coming out of lurker mode.  My
name is stillwaters and I have very debilitating arthritis in most of my
joints.  I have been in the hospital since March waiting for bone to grow.
I broke my femur and patella in about 20 + pieces and ...
C. Difficile28 Aug 2009 17:03 GMT5
Hi, not sure that is the correct spelling.
Has anyone ever had it and if so, how long did it take to get over it?
In case you are not familiar with it, it is an infection in the colon
caused by using antibiotics.

Good News27 Aug 2009 06:58 GMT13
I CAN'T believe it.  Doc said I can 50% weight bare than come back in a
month and he'll probably say 100% is OK,  I figure to be out of here by the
end of September or sooner.  I have to clean up after my cats  :)
Any one know if infection can effect bone growth?27 Aug 2009 03:39 GMT55
While I was in the hospital the last 5 months I caught one of those monster
infections.  Took IV antibiotics for 2 months, than  atavan and now
amoxicillin.  At first it was 9x6x19, now it is 8x4x12.  So there is some
improvement,  But I am waiting on the bone to grow to be able ...
