i've thought of writing this post several times, but get so

Anyone have suggestions for hiking shoes or boot.
Preferably the kind that are for stability of ankles and higher tops so it gives you that stability.
I heard New Balance makes one but can't find it. anyone know of a good one? or shoe or anyting.

I take folic acid because I take Arava.   I am 70 years old and I not
want prostate problems. People that take Methx or Arava should take folic
acid to keep from having some of what goes along with Methx or Arava side
effects.

Did anyone who had a knee replaced have symptoms similar to what they had
before?  My knee (replaced TKR in November of last year) is giving me fits
with any pressure on it.  It's not painful, but "fizzes" is the only way I
can describe it.  I also have a little sore on the knee. ...
