Found a use for those refrigerator packs that come with my Humira. Our local meals on wheels program was asking for these. I'm also planning on taking the Styrofoam containers the medications come in to them. Maybe your local Meals on Wheels programs could use some too?

Hey folks, we are totally sick of this f-Michigan weather. IT SUCKS!!! Anyway, my wife and I have often toyed with the idea of living in Michigan from mid-April through mid-November, and elsewhere during the winter. We love this area, but not at this time of year.

I put wild bird seed out on my balcony as they said on the news that the birds were having a hard time of it with all this snow. I had a number of little visitors over the weekend. Today I managed to capture this little guy with my camera :)
