refridgerator packs recycle30 Dec 2008 22:29 GMT1
Found a use for those refrigerator packs that come with my Humira.

from mid-April through mid-November, and elsewhere during the winter. We
love this area, but not at this time of year.

OTP: I had a little visitor in the snow :)27 Dec 2008 07:46 GMT18
I put wild bird seed out on my balcony as they said on the news that the

of little visitors over the weekend. Today I managed to capture this
little guy with my camera :)

My turn to do something stupid (little whine)26 Dec 2008 13:28 GMT6
We went to church for the early evening service last night.  I got smart,
feeling pretty good, and stood for the whole first hymn - not smart.  Knee

Wishing you all a happy and pain-free holidays!
Wasn't too sure about mine as my back has been trash for the last week or

lunch yesterday and as I carried it to the table I felt the tiniest
