last two days when I try to walk or even put weight on my one foot, i get
this feeling like someone is stabbing me with a needle, pin,  but it is
coming from the inside out, it started in the ball area of the foot, in the
middle, now it is kind of moving around.

I got a Nintendo Wii! Last night I bowled for the first time since i
got RA (20 years) and it was fun! The Wii is pretty user friendly-
though my wrist did get sore- then I let hubby bowl for a while. I

A number of people have been expressing that they are having a hard time
getting their insurance to pay for certain medications.  I was talking to my
sister this morning, who is a medical claims processor, and she reminded me
of something that bears mentioning.

Carole - in your new eating habits (did not use the d word), did you/do you
ever have a day when you say "Today I am going to eat anything that passes
in front of me!"? That's what I am doing today. Whatever my mouth says would

I don't get migraines often and they are usually not severe, just
occasionally.  More to the point of the moment, I get migraines without

If you remember, I got my pcp to prescribe lidoderm patches for me last
week. Went to pick them up and was told insurance had to pre-approve them
even though it is a covered med under my plan. Found out today that they
refuse to grant coverage for them because I don't have ...
