sugar? Is pred-induced diabetes really a problem?

How many prednisone users do we have in the sand box?  My mom was on a small
dose but it seemed to affect her sugar.  Her diabetes doctor suggested she
go off the prednisone after a couple of weeks of up and down sugar readings,
a month or so ago.  Her rheumy said  it would fine ...

After 18 years of dealing with "RA" the rheumy says I don't have RA but do
have OA & fibro.  HE says that fatigue is NOT a symptom of RA and implies
the I MUST have swelling of the joints and joint deformity to have RA.
Since when is fatigue not a symptom of RA?????  I understand ...
