Am having a lot of trouble with my right foot/ankle. Seems as though every time I take a step, I get this sharp pain near the back of my heel/tendon? The pain hits as I am almost through the step process, just as your foot is coming down on the ball of the foot and

I have been having bad knee problems for a number of years, slowly worsening. Anyway, x-rays + MRI reveal arthritic changes (more inflammatory than osteo wear and tear) as well as torn meniscus cartilege.
