Well I made it to Phoenix why my boys and my oh my we had a WONDERFUL time, the weather was just great. It was in the high 90's the whole time. I never once had to take any NSAID at all, I couldn't believe it, didn't even have to take an allergy pill. Got up and walked each ...

Well - I am off for a week to the sun in Disneyland. The "ladies" (have to stop calling them girls) and I are going for 4 days so don't be surprised if you don't hear from me. Of course I am the one souped up on lots of pain killers for the shingles
