I am 34 years old and have Arthrogryposis which effects my muscles and
joints.  I started using MonaVie Active and it has made a big
difference.  I love it so much that I now have my own website for

it's soooo hallmarky outside.  32 degrees.  the snow is still gently and
intermittantly falling, from the calico canopy of blues and whites.  i love

Last night I brought home a playmate for our 8 month old Lab. A little ankle
biter young puppy chow mix we named Spade. I have no clue why we chose that
name. Talk about a Mutt and Jeff  combination!! I'll give the little him
credit, he doesn't back off an inch from the lab and ...

Well, I have left my great docs for Kaiser which I suppose is better
than nothing.  So if you are a kaiser patient in the bay area (would
prefer san jose but any where but the east bay works) and like your
doc, please email me with a recommendation
