Natural Relief From Stress, Depression And Anxiety20 Dec 2006 22:44 GMT9
If stress, anxiety or depression are spoiling your life then I know how
you feel. It's like being trapped in a choking fog, feeling like you're

Hi All19 Dec 2006 20:58 GMT5
Just wanted to pop in and say hi.  I won't be able to send out cards
this year but want you all to know that I am thinking of you.  Hope you
all have a very merry Xmas and a painfree New Year.  I'll have some
time off in the next few weeks so maybe will be able to catch up on

knees or when I squat down and have to get back up.  I have also

Earthlink's newserver is back up, at least in our area.  Their website

with other chores to get around to it yet.
