A few days ago as I was cleaning leaves from the guttering of my house,
I decided to not get out a real ladder and just use a chair. My reach
barely allowed me to grab at all the leaves and throw them out. I was
able to do this by standing on my toes, and it took me maybe 5 minutes

I am 61, have severe OA, and am almost a bionic woman lol. I take NSAIDs,
Glucosamine Sulphate and Cod Liver Oil daily. I really don't want to take
any further tablets if it's not necessary.
I have now been diagnosed as having AS in my neck and top of my spine. Until

Good eveving all  :-)  I hope everyone else is sleepingt and no one

My pain doc gave me samples today of lidoderm patches.  I've read all
the prescribing info but as usual have questions they never answer.

I am on the computer alot becasue of my job.  Various places from the
waste up ache on differrent days.  Not any more though!  I found a
mouse platform that attaches to your chair, so it is basically an
extension of your arm.  Very little wrist movement required plus it

Ok, this is very hard to write but I need to know.  Does anyone have
leaky bowel.  I am experiencing a bad time now.  It has lasted for over
a week.  I have talen enemas,ate bran,  etv, to no relief, I am not
sure I am constipated but I can think of no other reason for this. The
