After years of running through most of the DMARDS for my PA, my RD wants me
to go on Remicade, along with my weekly 17.5mg of MTX.
I'm wondering how many people here are taking Remicade with MTX.

Had the first Hyalgan injection this morning.
It was a bit different from the Synvisc received in the past.
This time there was an assistant operating a "scanner" so the
doctor could see where the needle was going.

She made it thru it.
She is on a respirator and they hope to take her off by tomorrow afternoon.
Her hubby is hopeful that all went well and she will recover ok from this.

The Info I neglected - Female, 51, diagnosed recently after long round of missed diagnoses by family doctor for years, finally by Rheumy and confirmed by another doctor. Generally good health otherwise. First round of medication (DMARDS?)  horrible experience, felt as bad as one ...
