Ok it was a experience for sure..lol MAKE SURE YOU LET THIS STUFF SIT OUT FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE DOING THE INJECTION! I still let this stuff sit out for the 30 minutes it says to warm to room

Hi...I am about to have a talk with my rheumatologist about potentially starting Embrel injections for ankylosing spondylitis. I'd welcome any feedback insights, or ideas from people who have tried Embrel, are on it now, or who have tried it without success.
