Hi, I just had a blood test done and my CPK enzymes came back extremely

Well folks, I get to join the plantar facitis (sp) group!
Saw doc yesterday. Had x-rays and ultrasound done and my right

sorry I havent posted sooner just got my computer back today.
Went in for the treatment on Tuesday, but I have developed an absess on my
gum after a filling coming out so couldnt receive the treatment until its
sorted.

Had knee replacement in both knees seven years ago. For several years I have
had off-and-on nerve-like pain in the front of the thigh above my left knee.
The orthopedist said the pain was from my back.  Is this possible?

Well,,,, I now shoot up with two types of protein.   One,,, Enbrel.
Two,,,,,Byetta which tries to control what our liver does.  I do it twice a
day an hour before the meal.   I could not  get my sugar down lower than
140-150 while taking 4 glucovance,,, two early and two late.
