Hello I am new to this group I came across this group while looking up
information about Lumbar Fusion.  I had my surgery 1 month ago and went
to for my checkup yesterday 4/3/06 and the doctors gave me a very good
report and said that I am doing very well.

Does anyone know of often someone taking enbrel has developed ms?  I am
having some symptoms and was just wondering, have an appt in 2 weeks witht
he ra doc,

I am wondering if the enbrel isn't working because I am doing it wrong. I
was told you could leave it ont he counter to warm up to 20 minutes, I
usually only do 15, but I have never had it sting when it goes in, maybe the
first time only slightly.  Is leaving it out this long ...

I am worried about my mother. She is in so much pain from arthritis
that she talks about ending her life. The doctors around here refuse to
prescribe anything that'll actually alleviate her pain. They tell her
to take Ibuprofen. The Ibuprofen doesn't work. Isn't there anything

Well, I completely quit.  I feel so much better.  I'm getting a lot
more rest.  I'll have to watch the income, but my boss did tell me any
time I wanted to come back, I would be welcomed.  I don't think I want
to, especially on the mornings I go out to get the paper and the

Just in case you wanted to know this.
On Wednesday, at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00
in the morning, the time and date will be 01:02:03 04/05/06.
That won't happen again until the year 2106.

I finally took my 18 yo son with me to the podiatrist.  He has
complained for years about generalized pain in his feet, but I really
didn't think that there was a problem.  I always thought that he had a
toddler walk!  Weeell, he does!  He walks without putting his heels

I'm only 30 years old and have moderate/advanced Hallux Rigidus on my
right foot.  After seeing the orthopedic surgeon today he recommended
surgery, otherwise it will get worse and the bone growth(spurs) will
continue on top.

I was wondering if anyone else had seen this. A friend bought the
ARTHRITIS: An Integrated Approach DVD for me from Amazon recently. The
DVD was excellent, and on it they have numerous links etc. (including
to their own site www.visionhealth.co.uk). It is a very good resource,
