Ouch!  Ok, so I've now been off mtx just under a month.  To avoid
complications from the liver biopsy, I had to skip last week's Enbrel and had
to stop my diclofenac as of Saturday.  I hurt!!!!!!!!!!  Man, woke up
whimpering because my feet ached so.  Hands waited until I tried ...

Yeah I stretched the soleus and gastrocnemius religiously and wore a
special night sock frequently.  Used ice, massage, NSAIDS, and toe
curls to a lesser extent.  Always wore heel cups or some other
recommended insert.

This seems very strange to me.  I have DDD/osteo in my cervical spine, also
lumbar DDD and chondromalacea in both knees.  The knees especially seem to get
worse before a rain, but lately i've noticed my thumb joints also getting
