It's been a while since I've been here, had many other things going on. But thought I'd give you a quick update. I finally got into the rheumy and she gave me Enbrel, which has been working pretty good to keep my hands and knees limber without pain. Didn't touch my back issues.

I just wanted to let you know that I have discovered this amazingly simple device called the Backchamp. It basically stops your back pain by allowing you to re-align your own pelvis really quickly and easily. (Apparently most back pain is caused by the pelvis misaligning)...
