The doctor has recently prescribed 400mg of Allopurinol for me to bring
my uric acid levels down to an acceptable level. I noticed on the
pharmacy print out papers which came with the prescription that it says
to "avoid alcohol when taking this medication". While I don't drink

It's been a while since I've been here, had many other things going on.
But thought I'd give you a quick update.  I finally got into the rheumy
and she gave me Enbrel, which has been working pretty good to keep
my hands and knees limber without pain.  Didn't touch my back issues.

I have had ingrown toenails surgically treated on both big toes a
couple of times each.  All of my toenails are curving inward.  I have

We're still not sure what's going on with Amanda.  Her latest MRI showed a
torn labrum in her right shoulder (something fixable at least).  It also

My mother who is 45 years old is suffering from acute arthritic pain .
Her day starts off with "uff". She is unable to carry on with her daily
work . All the time down with pain . Someone  told that regular walking
will help her out . She goes for walk also but it didnot help her ...

Can't remember (my brain is gone and they are doing an eeg to see if there

I spent most of the past week travelling, and somehow my week off has

I just wanted to let you know that I have discovered this amazingly
simple device called the Backchamp. It basically stops your back pain
by allowing you to re-align your own pelvis really quickly and easily.
(Apparently most back pain is caused by the pelvis misaligning)...
