I had a knee replacement two months ago and the recovery has been very
difficult. Getting the pain medicines right was especially difficult. I
still suffer pain and I continue to have substantial numbness around my
knee and into my thigh.  I do my exercises, mostly riding on a

Hi: I have spinal-stenosis(two herniated disc's)Hemophilia and Hep C.
I have been taking Tenocet for pain relief but sadly they barely work
and are also tylenol based which is not good for my Hep C. I have
Chirossis already, I don't really want to make matters worse there.

saw my surgeon today.  they removed the bandages and first splint, the
incision looked good and the stitches came out.  because of what he found
during surgery, i.e. the bone spur and the degree of joint erosion, he wants
to keep the thumb immobilized for another 3 weeks for ...

I promise I won't post any pictures.  The feet have progressed to where
I think surgery is the only option.  I consulted with an orthopedic
surgeon last year, she was recommended by my rheumy, and she said to
wait as long as possible because the RA destroys the tissue and the
