Yikes strongest storm of the season comes ashore tonight.  Hurricane

I managed to snap my last digit in my ring finger.  At first it was a
loud crack and the ring finger digit hung down. No pain just hung
there. I could squeeze my hand and no pain, I could not however I could
extend the ring finger but the last digit on there still hung down.  I

My doctor tells me I got a slightly hiper-kyphosis in my Lombar to
Dorsal vertebrae and he told me I could continue to workout but had to
take special care.
Is there some "treatment" I can add to my workouts to improve my back

Life is good.  I lost my medical insurance again and am broke like
usual but the worst thing I could think of the other day that was
happening to me was the fact that I had a really bad case of chapped
lips.  Lol  As always the other stuff will eventually work out but

My pharmacy charged me $192 74  (wiped out my checking account) for 3
meds that Medicare D (Humana) was supposed to cover-- was I p_ss_d!

Our niece, Natalia, suffered a massive stroke yesterday.  She is still
clinging to life, but her doctors do not expect her to recover.  Natalia is

decided to post. I've had fibromyalgia 19 years, and I've had trouble with
bursitis in both hips (but the right is worse) for about 15. For various
