My doc is going to start me on Imuran if my labs say it is ok.  Has
anyone taken it and if so, please let us know about your experience
with it.  My liver seems to hate everything that helps my RA.  Am
desperately needing something that will help.  Since I had to quit

I know I'm not around as much as I'd like to be these days, but poking my
nose in to say hi.  I do tend to hibernate a bit in the winter (my dining
room where the pc is happens to be quite a bit cooler than the sitting room,
where I can be found most nights!).  Also busy at work ...

Anyone have or had many side effects from Sulfasalazine? Has anyone had
a hot feeling in the face,ears and reddish.Or anxiety from it? I just
started it 2 weeks ago,1- 500mg.for 3 days,then 1 in a.m. and 1 in
p.m.for 3 days,then 2 in a,m, and 1 in p.m.for 3 days,and finally 2 in

I have developed pain in my feet and hands a couple weeks after severe
insomnia and depression. I've read about fibro and really hoping i
don't have that because I'm just going to be starting grad school this
year (computer science) and if I couldn't do that or keep my career not

Just wondering why my RD would prescribe Folic Acid while I'm on
Methotrexate?  From what I've read, Folic Acid can interfere with the
effectiveness of the MTX.  Does this make sense to anyone?
