Anyone tried an exercise class in water that's specifically for arthritis?
My ortho doc told me i should swim, or even just get in the water for my
neck/shoulder/knee problems.
I researched, and found a place 2 miles from my home that has a "warm" pool

thanks for all your recent help....still no Rheumy but am down to 5mg a
day of prednisone..pain has returned with a vengeance so went to see
family GP to ask if I could do another treatment of pred ..25mg a day

 I just got the results from my latest blood tests and my ALT [liver
enzymes] are high .The  AST and Alk are within range and all the other
measurements are fine.I have PA and am just taking  diclofenic.Any ideas
from you folks?

Dear Folks,
I had a tetanus shot on Thursday of this week in my doctor's office.
This morning it has turned red, knotted, and hurts.  Is this normal?
And should I do anything about it?

I think someone else posted this but this is really good news.  This
is a huge study (1285 patients) funded by NIH the results are good.

DH said they used a 'film like saran wrap' on his tummy and put the adherent
sealer on that. NO tape whatsoever and then used the 'girdle mesh' to hold
that all in place. The mesh was a PITA at night as it would slip down while
he was sleeping. Neither of us can remember the name ...

My hands hurt.  There, I said it.  This OA s*** really blows.
I was happy in DenialLand but got kicked out today when I had to take extra
pills to do the dishes.  Ironically, my knees are stable for the first time
ever.
