Hi everybody, just a note to let you know that I'm having some computer
problems and may not be able to access the group. It seems to be
hardware, rather than software, so it's Brett's dept, not mine.

I used to rest my elbow on my desk for long periods at a time.  Now if I
flex my arm really fast and hard I can feel something go down my left two
fingers, a tingling sensation.  It doesn't hurt, yet, nor does it go numb,
yet.  At this point and stage, what type of exercises ...

I'm not sure where they found all the info, but it is very appropriate for
today and every day.
