Dear Folks,
At this time of Thanksgiving, I'm thinking about this year and what I
have to be thankful for and here are mine. I entered 2005 with cancer
over my head.  (I don't believe that I was a member here at that time.)

Hi! I have RA and my doctor wanted to start me on Remicade but my insurance
only pays 80% and I couldn't afford the 20%. So, then he said we would go
with Enbrel but, I have the same problem. I can't afford the 20%! I've gone
through all the patient assistance places they've offered ...

Not really sure what to say, or how to say it other than to just say it.
My blood work from the rheumatologist came back... weird.
I have "reactive lymphocytosis" and "thrombosis" as well as elevated
platelet count and high white blood cell count.

The rheumatologist I saw said I should be on muscle relaxers for tight
muscles......
will this help shoulder pain which is tendonitis and some arthritis??
My doc waiting on the report from the rheumy before he prescribes them

Please add the name of Julie Amoth and the Cole family to the prayer
list.  Her mother, Mary Cole, is a very close friend of mine for many
years.  Julie was only 44 and was killed in a car wreck.  There aren't
many details yet other than it was a two car collision.  Please pray
