Dose anyone have any suggestions on how to relieve the pain from facsiitis?

Just a short note to suggest we remember to pray that Typhoon Nabi continue
to weaken.  It is a category 3 now and is projected to hit Guam in the
morning, then Southern Japan on Tuesday.  The world can not handle multiple
major disasters at the same time.

Anyone have painful varicose veins. I have a hard paunful vein in the
calf of one leg. I think it may be because i drive so much with my job
but I never knew these buggers hurt like they do? Can't wear support
stockings cuz I can't get em on with my gimp hands. I do put my feet up
