Is it necessary that the PADS supplied with
these units by the same manufacturers be used?
Or Any Pads can be used with any units.
I mean to say that pads by a certain manufacturer can be used with any model

I got a voicemail from Joe saying that he and Mary had made it to Astoria
yesterday and are planning to be in Portland this afternoon. I'll try and

I found us a new gimp-Hi Jimmy17 Jun 2005 03:38 GMT9
Every day at work I meet people who use canes, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
but rarely chat with them about their 'difabilities'. Today I met Jimmy and,
in the course of our conversation, he told me about his hip replacement and
several injuries he's had over the years.

I saw Dr Davies, my rheumatologist, yesterday afternoon. The
appointment went well, but I'm still left feeling frustrated. She's a
very thorough and very good doctor, I just want answers NOW.

She has been on Enbrel and says it is working wonders for her.
She said to say hi to all the other ladies out there on the group.
Strange leg symptom16 Jun 2005 16:30 GMT11
Ever since I had my blood clot in my leg in 2000 I have had to wear a
compression stocking on that leg to keep the swelling down. Yesterday I
noticed a wet area on the side of my leg about 4 x 2 inches in size. I
tried to think of how it got wet and just went about my day. But then

My RD appointment16 Jun 2005 03:04 GMT7
Saw my doctor yesterday and when I told him a knuckle on my right hand gets
red and hurts, he looked at it and said it was swollen (I couldn't tell!).
He had an xray done and then decided he needed an MRI because he's afraid I
have RA on top of the OA.  Waited about 40 minutes to ...
Update16 Jun 2005 01:14 GMT9
I really haven't fallen off the face of the earth, honest. I've just
been meeting myself coming for the last several months. Around
Thanksgiving or so, Mike and I decided that we wanted to sell our house
and buy something on at least an acre and get away from the Home Owners
Cox 2s vs trad NSAIDs15 Jun 2005 21:16 GMT7
Well folks, it's all over the media today.
Just fancy that I have been 55% more likely to have a heart attack
using diclofenac these last 20 odd years ! All that fuss in the 1970 s
when, without good reason, they withdrew the one drug that put me in
Fall down, go boom15 Jun 2005 19:45 GMT11
I was out running errands with my grandson.  Walked across a small parking
area and stepped up on the curb.  Went down like a sack of potatoes.  No
idea why.  I do not remember stumbling or anything.  The amazing part is I
did no damage at all.  Other than embarrassing the ...
stupid leg15 Jun 2005 19:27 GMT12
just a mild-mannered vent here. i am sure i have the most deformed foot
in this group. (where is KJ, by the way? and kimmy?) it is hideous and
getting hideouser by the moment. and i've always had weird legs, as
well. lately, my left leg (the one with the bad foot/ankle) has been
