In case anyone is interested I found two excellent books at my local
library that I finally bought on Amazon. The first is called The
Rheumatoid Arthritis Handbook by Stephen Paget, M.D. and is wonderful,
comprehensive and written for the layperson (i.e. someone like me who

I have advanced osteo of both hips. several drs have said they need to
be replaced. I am 63. Also, I have had trochanteric bursitis of both
hips for 15 yrs or so. the other day I went to my ortho dr. He thinks
it's time for the hip replacement and, while I was ther, he gave me 4

am now diagnosed with Lumbosacral Root Lesion as I have pain in my

grooming device.  Its called a Zoom Groom.  It about fits in the palm of
your hand.  Shaped like a kitty cat and easy to hold.  Made out of kind of a

It's been a week now since my IVIG infusion and after the first three
days of incredible normalcy, things drifted back to the typical.
