news.individual.net which used to be news.cis.dfn.de07 Apr 2005 19:14 GMT4
I have been using this news-server from Germany for a long time, but
yesterday and today it keeps asking for my password repeatedly and does
not let me in.  Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can
contact them?  I have forgotten how I contacted them before.  Thank you
mtx question07 Apr 2005 18:40 GMT10
I have a  question for all of you who have been or are taking MTX. I have
been taken 12.5 once a week and it helped a lot but after about 4 months now
the pain is in my hips and feet again, so the doc upped it to 15mg for 3
weeks and then up to 17.5.  I had no side effects from ...

Disease progression in RA07 Apr 2005 15:06 GMT4
How can I learn more about RA aside from the Internet? Does anyone have
any book recommendations? Assuming one has a healthy lifestyle, good
medical care and the correct combo/dosage of medications does the
progress of the disease vary from person to person? In fact, does RA

It seems that having arthritis cam make you shakey (left wrist & hand)
and make one feel a little clumsy too.
Pulled a muscle in my back....from falling.
Hurts to move my right arm now.
hearing problem07 Apr 2005 02:13 GMT11
I have been taking chloroquin (I forget the full name at the moment) for
which there is a warning of rare hearing problems.  I recently ran headlong
into that dreaded midwestern mallady what's-going-around and was seized with
coughing for two weeks.  In the course of this agony of ...
link to infections07 Apr 2005 01:04 GMT1
I've been taking Remicaid infusions for over two years - the rheumy has
increased my dosage because I was not responding well (still in bad pain)
and now I keep getting sinus infections. I keep taking different antibiotics
and after a long time (I miss infusions) I finally get ...
Fixing a Broken Portable CD player Door06 Apr 2005 22:06 GMT1
I broke a portable cd player's door---latch broke off.  Door wouldn't
stay down without taping it shut.
I fixed it with self stick velcro,  I put a piece in the botom of the
player and on the top of the door where the latch was.
Burning sensation feet ....06 Apr 2005 06:46 GMT4
I went out like normal to run some errands.  My feet started to feel a
burning sensation (top and bottom of feet).  When I got home I took off
my socks and got some relief, however the feeling didn't go completely
away.  I seem to also have that feeling elsewhere (like I would feel ...

I'm whining now06 Apr 2005 04:16 GMT30
Over the last week or two I have had times when - after climbing the stairs
to the bedrooms or things like that - I would have my peripheral vision
whited out for up to 30 seconds.  I always just sat down or laid down and it
quickly passed and I never gave it another thought.  ...
test to see if this works06 Apr 2005 03:22 GMT6
I'm trying to see if my local ISP's news account is going to work
okay.  I want to change my nickname to Del....same as it was at
Arthritis Insight and as it is at Rheumorweb.
I was cut off of the German News Server because they're now charging a
liver tests06 Apr 2005 02:42 GMT2
Taking diclofenac I recently was contacted by the rheumatologist saying that
the liver test needs to be redone and I should stop the diclofenac until
then.  I've had liver tests come back with odd results before, but not since
taking this drug.  Anyone know if it's a problem or a ...
