Can't quite believe I'm home day 4, but I am!
Walking with 2 sticks, I can bend my knee 95 degrees, but am struggling to
do a straight leg lift, and they are sending me to a physio next week so
they can check I'm doing my exercises.

Well, it's official.  Road Trip!  Death Valley.  Four days over Easter
Weekend.  I do not even remember when just the two of us last went anywhere
even overnight just because we wanted to.
Anyone else in Death Valley next weekend, we will be driving a brown Jeep

It seems that more and more doctors offices are now requiring you to
have both your insurance cards and your drivers license with you for
them to copy each and every time you have a visit.  
Recently on a visit, another patient asked why they now needed to copy a

Finally, I breached the dragon's gate at the Pain Management Dr's
office and had my 2nd RFTC treatment of the lumbar spine done.  I was
about to pull out my hair because I went through the same thing I did

the news, late last night, briefly said that coastal areas of australia were
hit by a 162mph cyclone.  i can't remember which coastal areas, as it was
about 2 a.m. when i caught that.  not much else was mentioned.  the damage
and emotional trauma must be devastating.  please, asa ...
