How long should you wait until you go to the doctor for a headache? I have had a headache for 3 days now. It hurts above my eyebrows on both sides. I am photosensitive, sensitive to sound, don't want to eat that much (which isn't really a bad thing :)) and want to sleep but climb ...

My doc prescribed Occupational Therapy for Arthritis. My therapist said it (OT) won't cure it--some people think it will. I am not in a lot of pain--to the point of tears--but flare-ups are not fun
