Have been lurking, but have not felt energetic enough to post.
Had a small burst of energy which inspired me to make scalloped potatoes.
Was using a mandoline to slice the potatoes. Forgot to use the shield and
sliced off a small button's worth of the tip of my right ring finger. ...

I've just recently been discharged from hospital (22nd feb) and have tried
various dmards such as sulfasalazine and methotrexate etc with no relief
from pain at all. I am now awaiting my first delivery of Humira (next weds).

Hello all, just me popping  to let you know how things are at the moment.
Had appointment at the pain clinic last week (14 month wait ) extremely
interesting they  asked so many questions and I asked lots and they did'nt
make you feel sillly anyway outcome is referral to rheumy ...

The book arrived today, thank you.  We're getting another Nor'easter so
tomorrow will be a great day to curl up with the book.
BTW do I send it back to the owner?
