I have just been told that I have Osteoarthritis in my neck...and with that a pinched nerve. I am on anti-inflamtory . I have burning , and now aching pains with pins and needles...in my neck going up to my head. What can I do to make this better for myself...up until a few weeks ...

I went to see my RD again today. I got a steroid shot in each shoulder. I also received a prescription for Enbrel in the once a week form. I found out that I was one week early for my appointment but he saw me anyway my other appointment was cancelled because of his migraine ...

Well...still feeling cruddy. But my RD called and talked to me and I told him I could not see the pulmonologist till the 22nd. He said just from talking to me on the phone that my lungs were getting worse. A simple conversation takes my breath away.
