I have just been told that I have Osteoarthritis in my neck...and with that a
pinched nerve. I am on anti-inflamtory . I have burning , and now aching pains
with pins and needles...in my neck going up to my head. What can I do to make
this better for myself...up until a few weeks ...

 I went to see my RD again today.  I got a steroid shot in each shoulder.
I also received a prescription for Enbrel in the once a week form.   I found
out that I was one week early for my appointment but he saw me anyway my
other appointment was cancelled because of his migraine ...

Well...still feeling cruddy.  But my RD called and talked to me and I
told him I could not see the pulmonologist till the 22nd.  He said
just from talking to me on the phone that my lungs were getting worse.
A simple conversation takes my breath away.

Yesterday when I saw Mom I was so shocked. She was even worse than the
day before!  She never opened her eyes all day. And the strange thing
was that she was moving her left arm and just holding it in the air

got home late last night...ended up having to open thr shoulder up..not bad,
only about 3 inches.  torn rotator cuff that he needed more space to get to,

Saw two surgeons in Boston.
I saw a highly recommended surgeon at NE Baptist, but he was so
arrogant and disdainful I couldn't imagine him doing my surgery.
The other surgeon was at Brigham and Womens is also a good surgeon,

i took john to the er at 2 am this morning. he'd lost tons of blood
over the course of an hour and his fever had spiked back up to 102. in
all the years he had ulcerative colitis,  he said he never lost this
much blood at one time. i just got home (it's 8:20). he was being

Back from the hospital!
Guess what I had?  Lung inflammation just like I TOLD THEM I HAD!  Had
to stay a day longer so they can tell my heart is fine?!
And the cruddy part....I still feel like doo-doo.  I'm calling my
