Ok, here is my stupid RA trick for the year....
I was due for my weekly Humira shot on Monday. We were getting ready to leave
for the holidays so it was a busy morning. I always ice my arm before the shot.

hi gang,
well, i knew it was coming. i've been on my beloved remicade since it came out
(along with arava), but my RA has never really been under good control. (no
other dmard worked well, either). i feel good--relatively speaking, if you know

well, i've been using prednisone for about 2.5 months now. Initially
on a high dose for a burst and then down to 30mg a day for a couple
weeks and now staying at 20mg. seems to be the only thing that will
keep the inflammation in my sinuses down to a level where i can
