Been missing in action for a while but am alive and well.  I've missed
you all and have checked on the board once in a while but hope to be
back for at least the winter.  I am now working 4 days a week as a
bartender.  Not too bad on the body.  Much better than the sitting as

I just wanted to peek in and say "Merry Christmas" to fellow ASA'ers.   I
also wanted to say "Thanks" to those who sent Christmas cards.  Sorry I
didn't get them out this year.

Just wanted to let everyone know how much I have enjoyed the Christmas
Cards...I made a special place in the entry hall and they have spilled over
to the living room...Made December so much more enjoyable...Usually I only
get bills and Junk maill.....They would not have looked ...

i've been trying to find the words to a poem called, "santa claus' wife" by
katharine lee bates (composer of 'america the beautiful') that was
published, 1899, in "santa claus on a sleigh ride" (one of a set of 32
books).
