Well there is good news and bad news--I went to see my RD yesterday and he said that my RA is doing fine--and my bloodwork is good--no more elevated liver enzymes and anemia is stable--BUT I have what 75% of his patients who lived through the hurricanes have--which is tendonitis ...

As many of you know, I facilitate a women's prayer group on Monday evenings. It is an extraordinary group of women who's ages range from 16-82. At least a quarter of this group are not computer literate and don't even watch TV so tech culture is completely alien to them.

I don't know why this year seems different, but it seems like more people are stressed this year. I know that the holidays are often difficult- but why this year should be more so- is a mystery to me. So I wonder if we could just remember those that are having a rough
