I just got back from my doc after begging and pleading for an appointment.  My
hands and wrists swelling and pain is, in all likelihood, not RA related but
just more RSI stuff.  I am having a deadline crunch and I had been keyboarding
for too many hours and not wearing my braces all ...

As many of you know, I facilliatate a women's prayer group on Monday evenings.
It is an extraordinary group of women who's ages range from 16-82.  At least a
quarter of this group are not computer literate and don't even watch TV so tech
culture is completely alien to them.
