Several hours ago someone knocked at my door quite insistently-loud enough to
get me off the treadmill.  I wasn't planning on answering-I was covered in
sweat and wearing sweatpants and a spandex top.  I had ten minutes left to

Well, now that I've been off pred for a week, my allergy symptoms are
gradually coming back.  I am more sure than ever that the cause is the
hardware in my ankle (I have a new watch made from the same stuff that gives

I live a very active lifestyle. I have an acute pain in the shoulder and hip
areas in the evenings. It is weird because when I wake up the pain is no
longer there. I thought this was from the work outs and so forth ...

So, one of the items of my "knee health" list was to get some better shoes,
to go with the orthotics.  I ended up with a pair of Doc Martins.  Wow,
these shoes are something else!  The support and fit are amazing and I bet
my legs get a little stronger because they are heavy too.  ...
