Hope everone had a great summer....I was sick all summer..weaning off
prednisone...still at it...however, I have now started Humira and would
like to hear from those who are on it also...I have only had one inj and
will take the next one on Friday.

I'm about to start MTX. The doc says we start with 7.5mg injections,
then 10mg and build up to 25mg or so. Does this sound right?
Also, she says I should continue taking diclophenac along with the
MTX, and the warnings about mixing diclophenac and MTX are all "old

I see K itty is back.  Good to see you friend.  Haven't seen a post about where
you have been, but that's ok, just glad you are here.  Also saw in the paper
that Kitty Kelly's new book The Family is #1 on the best seller list.  Do you

I've seen 2 docs (othalmologist and internist and am on Valtrex and Keflex).
The shingles--red oozing sores are all over the right side of my face, head,
ear, etc.  Never had them before.  I'm on the usual assortment for RA and
SJS--Remicade, MTX, Daypro, Darvocet, Fosamax, Folic ...

I bought Birkenstocks on the theory that they would make my feet feel
better.  I must say that so far the only effect is that they make the feet
hurt in different places, which is, I suppose, something.
Perhaps they break in eventually and get wonderfully comfortable.
